Do Tough Workouts Work?


by Genista I ve been training in gyms for quite some time and I thought I would try doing something different: going through an intense tough workout regime outdoors under the sun. That means a lot of sweat to be expected! The workout was simple, but I sure learned that it was tougher than any of my gym routines so far! If you are looking for a high intensity workout which strips off body fat fast, keep in mind the format of this workout and use the same or similar exercises based on what is available.   What you need is two 53-lb and one 70-lb dumbbells (kettlebells work just as fine).
