Do Tough Workouts Work?

by Genista I ve been training in gyms for quite some time and I thought I would try doing something different: going through an intense tough workout regime outdoors under the sun. That means a lot of sweat to be expected! The workout was simple, but I sure learned that it was tougher than any of my gym routines so far! If you are looking for a high intensity workout which strips off body fat fast, keep in mind the format of this workout and use the same or similar exercises based on what is available.   What you need is two 53-lb and one 70-lb dumbbells (kettlebells work just as fine). This is a form of circuit training, with no rest in between each exercise, so you can imagine how tough it will be:  1a. dumbbell double clean & presses (both arms simultaneously) 1b. 1-arm dumbbell snatches with each arm1c. dumbbell 2-arm bent over rows1d. dumbbell 2-arm swings1e. hill sprint up/down   Do 8 repetitions of each exercise, and repeat the circuit 8 times.   I did 8 repetitions of each
